Best Dropshipping Apps 2023
Data as of 12/13/22. Offers and availability may vary by location and are subject to change.
* With an annual plan
Dropshipping (or drop shipping) can be a great way to start or grow your business by diversifying your product line and shipping directly to consumers. With dropshipping, you serve as the middleman and find products to sell that vendors will ship for you. It’s a relatively easy and inexpensive thing to start doing, and it can help you start a new business or expand your reach!
Ecommerce and dropshipping have become enormously popular in recent years, with profits projected to reach over $4 trillion globally this year, which is a 7 percent year-over-year increase for the last 10 years.1,2
So, now the big question is: What are the best dropshipping apps for your business? You want something that can help find suppliers and products to work with, integrate with your ecommerce store (like your Shopify app), and create a smooth customer experience. That's why we love Ordoro.
Here’s our list of top brands and what makes them great.

Ordoro: Most accessible
Data as of 12/13/22. Offers and availability may vary by location and are subject to change.
Ordoro is a one-stop app designed for all customers with a focus on shipping, inventory management, and analytics to power your business. It keeps track of products and allows you to ship around the world. It helps facilitate hands-off dropshipping and simplifies the workflow from supplier to customer.
The big downside to Ordoro is the price. Although the Express plan is $59/month, to get dropshipping you would need the Pro plan at $499/month—and it comes with a lot more than just dropshipping. With the Pro plan, you get inventory management, purchase orders, multi-carrier shipping, and barcode scanning, most of which is not necessary to run a dropshipping business. However, the price is worth it for growing businesses because it covers every feature you could want and more! It’s an accessible software that allows you to start a dropshipping store and branch out to regular retail.
Overall, Ordoro is worth it. It’s one of the better services out there with a lot of features that expand beyond dropshipping and ecommerce. The fact that the Express plan does not include dropshipping is a huge disadvantage, though. Ordoro is the software to go to if you already have an online store or retail business and are looking to expand into dropshipping, or vice versa. With the number of amazing features available, you will not want any to go to waste.

Dropified: Best overall dropshipping app
Data as of 12/13/22. Offers and availability may vary by location and are subject to change.
* With annual billing
With multiple plan options for new businesses and lifetime entrepreneurs, Dropified has something for everyone and is our top pick for dropshipping apps. The base plan starts with 500 monthly orders, but the Build plan includes unlimited orders, up to 10,000 products, and 3 stores. The great thing about Dropified is the ability to continuously expand your store and make the most of the app. Its suppliers are from AliExpress, so you’re able to import products directly to your online store.
Working with AliExpress dropshipping allows you to streamline your store with imported products and ecommerce pricing capabilities. Like most dropshipping platforms, Dropified helps you send orders to suppliers so they can ship around the US. Your dropshipping store is powered by Alibaba, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, CommerceHQ, or Shopify dropshipping— all of them are integrated with Dropified.
The downside of Dropified is that the plans aren’t flexible. There are only two options, and they include a monthly or lifetime plan. Each plan allows you to sell an increasing number of products in your store. Dropified offers a 14-day free trial, which is helpful, and solid customer support. The price can add up for each plan, but its integrations and product line can make it worthwhile for all of your ecommerce business needs.
Another great feature is that you’re able to keep track of inventory, shipments, and delivery to customers. This brings in traditional inventory management and pairs nicely with the dropshipping app. The app also features analytics, which allows you to see how products are selling across your dropshipping store. Overall, the fact that you’re able to track products, manage analytics, and integrate with a range of suppliers and online stores makes this our top choice.
Spocket: Most affordable
Data as of 12/13/22. Offers and availability may vary by location and are subject to change.
* With annual billing
Spocket has a great and affordable app that works for all businesses. If you’re new to dropshipping, you can browse the free merchandise catalog until you’re ready to start with 24 unique products. If those are selling well, you can upgrade to more products per month—you can go up to 10,000 unique products and 10,000 premium products on a $99/month plan. It’s a pretty great deal!
There is a lot to like here, but the major downside is that you’re limited to the number of products you can put in your ecommerce store. Like we mentioned, the first plan only includes 24 unique products, while the second plan is for 250 unique products and 25 premium products, all the way up to the top plan with 10,000 each. The fact that you can’t include unlimited products in your ecommerce store—and that you’re limited between unique and premium products—is a major downside to an otherwise great app.
Spocket’s dropshipping capability is fantastic and works really well to organize products from suppliers so that you can sell them at your store. The app’s organization is simple and offers seamless transitions for products to move into inventory and then out to customers. With tons of products, integrations with Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, and Alibaba (among others), and partnerships with suppliers and affiliates, Spocket is a great package at a very affordable price.
Inventory Source: Best for major dropshippers
Data as of 12/13/22. Offers and availability may vary by location and are subject to change.
Inventory Source has automations and integrations to make your dropshipping business work everywhere. It’s built to work with Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces, and allows you to work off of their supplier directory to find products. There are some great tools and resources on how to start a dropshipping business through Inventory Source (which are free to view), and the system helps you organize and upload your inventory. You’ll work with suppliers and are able to track shipments to customers, but it is a fairly hands-off dropshipping platform.
Unfortunately, the plan options are very misleading. They say that they cost, say, $99 (for the Inventory Automation plan), but really there are lower-tiered plans that cost more. There are hidden fees and additional costs for integrations and SKU limits, too. There is no free platform—which is also a big detriment.
Inventory Source has some great features for major dropshippers—like automations and extra integrations—but the cost for additional shipments and SKUs can add up for small-business owners. This is not the app for people starting out, but investing in the platform if you are shipping a lot and working with multiple vendors is not a bad idea.
The different tiered plans (seven total!) allow you to choose what’s best for you, and the integrated supplier network makes it easy to find products and vendors to work with. Inventory Source is a good—but not great—app that helps you expand your business at an expensive cost.
SaleHoo: Best for wholesale
Data as of 12/13/22. Offers and availability may vary by location and are subject to change.
* With annual billing
SaleHoo is one of the more straightforward dropshipping apps to work with, and it really does make it simple. After making an account, you connect your Shopify store for Shopify dropshipping, and then select products to add to your ecommerce store inventory, and then sell on Shopify. It’s that easy. The plans are priced well, and there is the option to start with just the directory of dropship suppliers and their product to see what’s available. Working with AliExpress allows you to grow your business on Shopify and reap the rewards.
Although you can integrate with the Shopify app and AliExpress provides products, there aren’t many other integrations or add-ons to work with. Like most other dropshipping apps, you don’t have much control over stock, product, or shipping from your dropshipping supplier. That can make it difficult to fulfill orders. Add to that the fact there isn't a free plan and you’re starting with a lot of risks. But SaleHoo does have a satisfaction guarantee with a full refund available.
SaleHoo also emphasizes product research, through its Market Research Labs, to spot hot-selling trends and products for your store before anyone else. This research helps you stock a better ecommerce store and send more profit back to your dropship supplier. Overall, it’s a great service to find products to sell at a decent price. Working with AliExpress and Shopify, you can import an unlimited number of products for only $97/month, making this one of the better dropshipping app options out there.
Honorable mentions
We’ve listed out our top five choices for dropshipping apps, but there are two others we love. Zoho and Oberlo are great products to use for dropshipping and offer a lot. Zoho is known primarily for its cloud software suite, but it’s capable of dropshipping, while Oberlo is 100% focused on dropshipping.
If you’re looking for a place to start, but don’t know where, then you can’t go wrong here. Both of these dropshipping apps start at $0/month and have a lot to offer!

Zoho: Honorable mention
Data as of 12/13/22. Offers and availability may vary by location and are subject to change.
With a wide range of products, Zoho is a one-stop shop for cloud-business software. Its dropshipping capabilities come from the Zoho Inventory software, which is focused on organizing products for a low price.
When organizing sales, you can choose to dropship confirmed sales orders from your online store. One cool feature is that you are able to dropship either the complete order or parts of the order, depending on if you are working with a dropshipping supplier. You can also dropship in bulk and keep track of your orders using the dropshipping tool. Overall, it’s a great feature in the Zoho Inventory platform.
Oberlo: Honorable mention
Data as of 12/13/22. Offers and availability may vary by location and are subject to change.
With the ability to pick from millions of quality products, the Oberlo app is a great way to start a new dropshipping business. Oberlo allows you to learn about dropshipping and start an online store pretty easily. Data and custom listings—along with support for six languages!—are all included. And its plans allow for unlimited monthly orders and a Chrome extension.
Dropshipping is super easy with Oberlo. After joining the app, you’ll find and import products to your online Shopify store, and start selling them to customers. Oberlo is a Shopify dropshipping app and works exclusively with your Shopify store.
The takeaway
Starting a new business can be scary, but there are many dropshipping apps and integrated marketplaces (like Shopify stores) out there to help you sell. Dropshipping apps help you with everything—from shipping to customers to running an online store full of quality products.
We’ve found that the best apps out there are Dropified, Ordoro, Spocket, Inventory Source, and SaleHoo. While none of them are perfect, they all have great features that can help you start your own dropshipping business. And before long you’ll be a store owner and your own boss!
Dropshipping FAQ
Dropshipping is a part of retail fulfillment where the product you sell is not physically in your inventory. Instead, you work with a third-party supplier to ship that product directly to your customer.
For dropshipping to work, you have to have the product in an ecommerce store. You would import products into the online store from your supplier and then customers can shop your store and buy products from you. Once they’ve placed an order, your dropshipping supplier will handle the shipment and delivery of the product.
Running a dropshipping store—through Shopify, AliExpress, or another marketplace—allows you to forget about physical inventory and focus instead on sourcing great products and building customer relationships.
You can integrate dropshipping into your existing business or you can start a brand-new dropshipping business. Either way, it’s pretty easy!
Zoho, for example, lets you integrate dropshipping easily into your business by choosing which orders are going to be fulfilled by your dropshipping supplier. Starting a new dropshipping business is even easier! Using dropshipping tools or apps, like the ones above, can help you start an online store and find quality products.
Dropshipping for your business would just be focused on sending products from suppliers directly and reducing your physical inventory for some products. You can choose to dropship products you already sell or start a separate business. Any of the recommended dropshipping apps can help with that!
Is Shopify the best for dropshipping?
The Shopify app is great for dropshipping, and many businesses use it to set up their dropshipping store. In fact, a Shopify store is integrated with all of our recommended dropshipping apps!
But is it the best ecommerce platform for dropshipping? That’s really up to you. Some people prefer to use AliExpress, Amazon, Etsy, or eBay—online marketplaces versus traditional online stores. But Shopify does allow you to make the online store a one-stop shop for your business’s products. Really, the decision is up to you: Do you want to be part of an online marketplace or have your very own Shopify dropshipping store?

What is the best dropshipping app for Shopify?
All of our recommendations integrate easily and are part of the Shopify app store. However, Oberlo is the only one that is specifically built as a Shopify dropshipping app.
What are the best dropshipping suppliers?
All of the apps we’ve recommended work with reliable and trustworthy suppliers. Dropified, Spocket, Inventory Source, and Oberlo all have directories built into their program so that you can search their personal catalog of suppliers. If you are just starting out and looking for suppliers and quality products to launch your dropshipping business, you can’t go wrong with those four apps.
Who is the most successful dropshipper?
There are lots of successful dropshipping stores out there, but there are two things they all have in common: great products and advertising.
Some sell general goods while others focus on personalized items. But social media has helped them grow immensely. Since your dropshipping store is online, you can target ads on Facebook, film YouTube videos, and post fun images of your inventory.
Great products can also come from focusing on a niche. That could be clothing (i.e., socks), branding (i.e., flying cats), or something else entirely that allows your products—and your store—to stick out from the rest. Other ideas like instituting customer rewards programs and including a “Frequently Bought Together” page can retain customers and increase sales.
While there are many successful dropshipping stores, the best are focused and always thinking about the customer.
Methodology
We looked at dozens of ecommerce and dropshipping brands to find the best ones for your business based on dropshipping capabilities, size, and pricing. We also looked at which brands could integrate well with inventory management and other business features. Software that was designed for ecommerce and shipping scored higher than regular directories while brands that had hidden fees scored lower.
